Ingredients - Not shown here but present in the recipe is a fresh-frozen defrosted khaffir lime leaf.
Blend with water - This won't dilute the taste as we're dehydrating later on.
Pour a thin layer on a saucer
Steam 4-5 minutes until transparent
Cool down - optional if you're OK with burning yourself.
A flexible layer of glue
Put on a plate
Dry in the sun, or dehydrator, if you have one- I don't or several hours in a 60 degrees C oven
Deep fry at 180 deg. C
Ready to eat
