perkedel Perkedel (Indonesian croquette) Ingredients1 pieces 100g ground beef 4 large potato 2 tsp nutmeg powder salt & black pepper to taste 1 egg (separate yolk/white) 1 bunch celery leaves 1 green onion (green part) oil Method: 1. Heat the potatoes in microwave oven, and mash them completely while they are still hot. 2. Add fresh beef, nutmeg, salt and black pepper, and put beaten egg yolk in it. 3. Add finely chopped celery leaves and green onion. 4. Make 15, 5cm oval shaped balls. 5. Dip into egg white, and deep-fry them until they turn into golden brown.
