You'll probably be able to leave out the breadcrumbs and stock cube then. 100 gr dried soy mince - cover in boiling water 4 ground candlenuts 3 or 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs 1 oxo cube vegetable stock, crumbled (maybe a bit less) 1 tablespoon grated frozen ginger root (~15 grams) 1 tablespoon grated frozen galangal root (~15 grams) 1 medium large clove garlic 2-3 tbsp sweet soy sauce (kecap manis) 1 egg (can possibly be replaced by 1-2 tbsp flour) 1 small onion (60 grams) finely chopped 1 tbsp ground coriander seeds 40 grams grated coconut cream Mix all ingredients Roll tight balls (a size smaller than a golf ball) Deep fry in oil until brown OR microwave for 2 minutes before freezing.
